Darkness was there before you, only suffering was known to me, then you entered my horrid world and like a beckon you shined your light upon my world to guide my lost soul back to the shores of the living.

Cold and dark my heart stood lifeless, a barren wasteland my soul remained void of life, void of any strength left to fight the horrors of my past, you came in to my life and gave me that second chance to feel love, to feel wanted, to have my life back.

You are my shield, you are my sword, you are my might during the darkest days of my life, you have made this restless soul find his solace, his serenity.

I am but a poor man, but with you in my life i am the richest man of all.

Like whisper in the darkness you called to me, you beckoned me back to the plains of my past where demons dare not dwell, you have taken this broken and beaten man and stoked the fires with in my once cold and broken heart.

In a land of darkness is where i once dwelled, in a prison of my own design is where my heart was trapped locked in an eternal icy void, with your single touch of passion you brought the fires of my heart back to life.
